Do I need a Xero account?

Yes. PaidInstantly is built exclusively for Xero. You need an active Xero account to connect.

Is my client data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, we are registered with the ICO (Reg: ZC073102), and we never store your Xero login credentials.

What happens if I hit the message limit?

Free users get 6 messages/mo. The Practice Partner plan includes 65 messages per client, per month. If you hit this limit on the Partner plan, you must wait until your next billing cycle to send more messages, or you can contact us via email to discuss a higher limit.

Does the message come from my personal number?

No. We provide a professional UK Business Number (+44 7...) so you don't have to mix personal and business chats.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You manage your billing via Stripe and can cancel instantly with one click.
